You can return the item within 15 days of shipment. Contact us at: +39 389 491 6473, we will help you during the return process.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order in 24/48 hours, (except for delays by the couriers) at your home with GLS courier and tracked shipping.
Can I pay on delivery?
We also offer a cash on delivery service with a supplement of €5.00
This fee will be applied regardless of the amount of your order by choosing this payment method.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs €6 for deliveries in Italy, for islands and smaller areas the cost is €12.00. For orders over €100 shipping is free.

How does payment by installments work?
By choosing Klarna as your payment method at checkout, you can buy now and pay later in 3 convenient interest-FREE installments.
Installments will allow you to split the cost of your purchase into 3 equal payments. Payment for each installment will be automatically taken from the debit or credit card entered at checkout.
Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed, and installments 2 and 3 will be scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
